Something big is coming......
Over the last few weeks, I have started hearing rumors about my company. These rumors have ranged from we messed up someone's vehicle somehow, to we won't honor warranties.
Let me say this loud and clear so EVERYONE understands, to my knowledge, there hasn't been an issue with any vehicle in my shop that I haven't taken care of in a professional and timely manor.
If something happens in my shop,it will be made right. We are human, and things do happen, but I have NEVER not fixed a legitimate issue that happens in my shop.
If you have a problem with something I have done, please reach out and let us know, we will make it right, period.
Now, I have no idea where these rumors are coming from, but I have my suspicions. I have never bad mouthed another shop, and I never will. Apparently, others don't have that same professionalism. That's ok, we will remain professional even if others don't.
